How to enable and disable axes on IndraControl MLC - Bosch Rexroth's motion controller

In this tutorial, you will learn how to enable and disable real and virtual axes on Bosch Rexroth's motion controller IndraControl MLC.

Switch controller online

‍

Login to PLC Application

‍

Confirm that Sercos communication is in phase 2 (P2)

‍

Download motion configuration from project (offline) to the controller (online)

‍

Click OK to send project configuration (offline) to the controller (online)

‍

All the devices not physically connected on Sercos will display an “Attention” signal. Click OK to proceed.

‍

The devices not available on Sercos will be disabled by default.

‍

The devices that are physically connected on Sercos can be Enabled or Disabled on phases 0 (P0) and 2 (P2).
